Virginia High School Volleyball - Hickory bounced by Midlothian

Midlothian Trojans (Midlothian, VA) boosters left the game thrilled Saturday as they saw their volleyball squad achieve victory over the visiting Hickory Hawks (Chesapeake, VA), 3-0 in a non-league test.

With the win, Midlothian improves its record to 3-0 on the season. The Trojans travel to Clover Hill (Midlothian, VA) to encounter the Cavaliers in a Dominion challenge on Tuesday, September 9. The Cavaliers enter the challenge with a record of 1-2. Clover Hill won 3-1 in their recent league challenge against Monacan (Richmond, VA)

Next, the Hawks meet the Deep Run Wildcats (Glen Allen, VA) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, September 6. Hickory will attempt to upgrade on its 2-2 season record. The Wildcats enter the challenge with a 3-0 record after their 3-1 non-league win over Thomas Dale (Chester, VA).
