Iowa High School Volleyball - Kuemper can't get by Humboldt
September 6, 2025: Humboldt, IA 50548 The Humboldt Wildcats edged the visiting Kuemper Knights volleyball team by a margin of 2-1 in Saturday's non-league outing.
The Wildcats now possess a 7-1 record. They play next when they host Fort Dodge for a non-league outing on Saturday, September 6. Humboldt will play a Dodgers team coming off a 3-0 league win over Lincoln (Des Moines, IA). The Dodgers record now stands at 1-1.
With the loss, Kuemper drops to 7-1 on the year. The Knights travel to Denison-Schleswig (Denison, IA) to confront the Monarchs in a non-league game on Tuesday, September 9. The Monarchs enter the game with a record of 3-2. Denison-Schleswig lost 3-1 in their recent non-league game against Harlan (Harlan, IA)
