In Saturday's non-league challenge, the host Murray Mustangs volleyball squad scored a 2-0 win over the Interstate 35 Roadrunners.

With the win, Murray advances its record to 7-0 on the season. The Mustangs travel to Mormon Trail (Garden Grove, IA) to face the Saints in a Bluegrass test on Tuesday, September 9. The Saints go into the test with a record of 1-1. Mormon Trail won 3-0 in their recent league test against Seymour (Seymour, IA)

Next, the Roadrunners play the Pleasantville Trojans (Pleasantville, IA) in a West Central challenge, on Tuesday, September 9. Interstate 35 will attempt to upgrade on its 3-5 season record. The Trojans come into the challenge with a 4-1 record after their 2-0 non-league win over Davis County (Bloomfield, IA).
