The Cougars now possess a 6-4 record. They play next when they travel to Liberty for a non-league bout on Tuesday, September 9. Kennedy will clash with a Lightning team coming off a 2-1 non-league loss to Assumption (Davenport, IA). The Lightning record now stands at 2-2.
