Illinois High School Volleyball - Lane Tech can't get by Niles West

Niles West Wolves (Skokie, IL) followers left the game satisfied Saturday as they saw their volleyball squad edge the visiting Lane Tech Champions (Chicago, IL), 2-1 in a non-league test.

With the win, Niles West advances its record to 3-5 on the season. The Wolves travel to Evanston (Evanston, IL) to face the Wildkits in a non-league test on Wednesday, September 10. The Wildkits go into the test with a record of 6-7.

The Champions now sport a 3-10 record. They put it on the line next when they host Agricultural Science for a challenge on Tuesday, September 9. Lane Tech will play a Cyclones team coming off a 2-0 non-league win over Hancock (Chicago, IL). The Cyclones record now stands at 3-0.
