In Saturday's non-league challenge, the host Montclair Kimberley Academy Cougars volleyball team scored a 2-0 triumph over the Weehawken Indians.

The Cougars (2-1) will now prepare for their challenge against Hoboken (Hoboken, NJ). The Redwings go into the non-league test with a 0-0 record.

The Indians now sport a 1-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Palisades Park for a North Jersey - Patriots B test on Monday, September 8.
