September 6, 2025: Santa Rosa, CA 95403 Fans at Saturday's non-league contest between the Piner Prospectors (Santa Rosa, CA) and the visiting St. Patrick-St. Vincent Bruins (Vallejo, CA), saw Piner's volleyball squad notch a victory over St. Patrick-St. Vincent by a score of 2-0.
With the win, Piner improves its record to 8-4 on the season. The Prospectors travel to Analy (Sebastopol, CA) to encounter the Tigers in a non-league battle on Saturday, September 6. The Tigers go into the battle with a record of 3-1. Analy won 3-0 in their recent non-league battle against Santa Rosa (Santa Rosa, CA)
The Bruins now own a 4-8 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Saint Mary's for a Tri-County - Rock battle on Monday, September 8. St. Patrick-St. Vincent will encounter a Panthers squad coming off a 2-1 non-league loss to Monte Vista (Danville, CA). The Panthers record now stands at 8-3.
