Fans at Saturday's non-league contest between the Red Mountain Mountain Lions (Mesa, AZ) and the host Willow Canyon Wildcats (Surprise, AZ), observed Red Mountain's volleyball squad notch a victory over Willow Canyon by a score of 2-0.

With the win, Red Mountain improves its record to 5-5 on the season. The Mountain Lions travel to Snowflake (Snowflake, AZ) to meet the Lobos in a non-league contest on Saturday, September 6. The Lobos enter the contest with a record of 2-3. Snowflake lost 2-0 in their recent non-league contest against Thatcher (Thatcher, AZ)

Next, the Wildcats meet the North Mustangs (Phoenix, AZ) in a non-league contest, on Monday, September 8. Willow Canyon will attempt to upgrade on its 9-5 season record. The Mustangs enter the contest with a 1-2 record after their 3-0 non-league loss to Desert Edge (Goodyear, AZ).
