September 6, 2025: , Varsity Opponent (, ) boosters left the game satisfied Saturday as they saw their volleyball squad achieve victory over the visiting Round Top-Carmine Cubs (Carmine, TX), 2-0 in a non-league test.
With the win, Varsity Opponent improves its record to 87-208 on the season. The travel to Lyons (Lyons, NY) to play the Lions in a non-league challenge on Saturday, September 6. The Lions come into the challenge with a record of 2-0. Lyons won 3-0 in their recent league challenge against Williamson (Williamson, NY)
Next, the Cubs play the Mumford Mustangs (Mumford, TX) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, September 9. Round Top-Carmine will attempt to upgrade on its 7-17 season record. The Mustangs come into the challenge with a 18-11 record after their 3-2 non-league loss to Rockdale (Rockdale, TX).
