Fans at Saturday's non-league contest between the Snowflake Lobos (Snowflake, AZ) and the host Saguaro Sabercats (Scottsdale, AZ), observed Snowflake's volleyball team top Saguaro by a count of 2-0.

The Lobos (6-5) will now prepare for their battle against Mesa (Mesa, AZ). The Jackrabbits go into the non-league battle with a 2-7 record. In their last battle, Mesa achieved victory over Thunderbird (Phoenix, AZ), 2-1, in a non-league battle.

The Sabercats now own a 3-4 record. They put it on the line next when they host ALA - Gilbert North for a non-league battle on Thursday, September 11. Saguaro will encounter a Eagles squad coming off a 2-1 non-league loss to ALA - Queen Creek (Queen Creek, AZ). The Eagles record now stands at 8-10.
