September 6, 2025: Russellville, AL 35654 The Sulligent Blue Devils volleyball team scored 2 points and restricted the host Tharptown Wildcats to 0 in the Blue Devils non-league triumph on Saturday.
The Blue Devils now possess a 4-1 record. They play next when they travel to East Lawrence for a non-league outing on Saturday, September 6. Sulligent will clash with a Eagles team coming off a 2-0 non-league loss to Arab (Arab, AL). The Eagles record now stands at 3-6.
With the loss, Tharptown drops to 5-8 on the year. The Wildcats travel to Belgreen (Russellville, AL) to confront the Bulldogs in a 2A Area 14 match on Tuesday, September 9.
