September 6, 2025: Whittier, CA 90601 Troy Warriors (Fullerton, CA) boosters left the game satisfied Saturday as they saw their volleyball squad achieve victory over the host Whittier Cardinals (Whittier, CA), 2-0 in a non-league test.
With the win, Troy improves its record to 9-5 on the season. The Warriors travel to St. Lucy's (Glendora, CA) to face the Regents in a non-league test on Saturday, September 6. The Regents go into the test with a record of 3-4. St. Lucy's lost 3-0 in their recent non-league test against Claremont (Claremont, CA)
The Cardinals now have a 6-9 record. They play next when they host St. Anthony for a non-league challenge on Saturday, September 6. Whittier will meet a Saints team coming off a 3-2 non-league loss to Valley Christian (Cerritos, CA). The Saints record now stands at 3-2.
