September 7, 2021: Littleton, CO 80127 Chatfield Chargers (Littleton, CO) backers exited the stadium thrilled Tuesday as they saw their softball squad nip the visiting Cherokee Trail Cougars (Aurora, CO), 4-1 in a league challenge.
The Chargers now own a 9-0 record. They take the field next when they host Cherry Creek for a challenge on Thursday, September 9.
With the loss, Cherokee Trail falls to 0-2 on the campaign. The Cougars host Smoky Hill (Aurora, CO) to face the Buffaloes in a challenge on Friday, September 10. The Buffaloes enter the challenge with a record of 1-1.
