New York High School Soccer - Chateaugay knocks off AuSable Valley
September 7, 2022: Clintonville, NY 12924 Chateaugay Bulldogs (Chateaugay, NY) supporters were pleased Wednesday as they observed their soccer team knock off the host AuSable Valley Patriots (Clintonville, NY), 4-1 in a non-league challenge.
Next, the Bulldogs confront the Madrid-Waddington Yellowjackets (Madrid, NY) in a Section 10 East challenge, on Friday, September 9. Chateaugay will attempt to move on its 1-0 season record. The Yellowjackets enter the challenge with a 0-1 record after their 5-1 league loss to Parishville-Hopkinton (Parishville, NY).
The Patriots now possess a 0-1 record. They take the field next when they travel to Beekmantown for a Northern challenge on Thursday, September 8. AuSable Valley will confront a Eagles team coming off a 2-1 non-league win over Canton (Canton, NY). The Eagles record now stands at 1-1.
