September 7, 2022: Danville, CA 94506 The Summit K2 Dragons volleyball team (El Cerrito, CA), was dropped 3-0 in Wednesday's non-league challenge with the host Athenian Owls (Danville, CA)
The Owls (2-1) will now prepare for their challenge against Head-Royce (Oakland, CA). The Jayhawks enter the Bay Counties - East challenge with a 5-3 record. In their last challenge, Head-Royce defeated St. Joseph Notre Dame (Alameda, CA), 3-0, in a league challenge.
Next, the Dragons meet the Making Waves Academy Marlins (Richmond, CA) in a non-league challenge, on Friday, September 9. Summit K2 will attempt to move on its 0-3 season record. The Marlins enter the challenge with a 1-4 record after their 3-1 non-league win over Leadership Public Schools Richmond (Richmond, CA).
