September 7, 2023: Federal Way, WA 98023 The Decatur Golden Gators held off the visiting Jefferson Raiders volleyball team by a score of 2-1 in Thursday's non-league test.
The Golden Gators now have a 2-0 record. They put it on the line next when they host Kent-Meridian for a non-league test on Monday, September 11. Decatur will confront a Royals team coming off a 2-1 non-league loss to Kentridge (Kent, WA). The Royals record now stands at 0-2.
The Raiders (1-1) will now prepare for their challenge against Kentridge (Kent, WA). The Chargers enter the non-league challenge with a 2-0 record. In their last challenge, Kentridge nipped Kent-Meridian (Kent, WA), 2-1, in a non-league challenge.
