September 7, 2023: Durham, NC 27712 The Riverside-Durham Pirates (Durham, NC) football overcame the visiting South Granville Vikings (Creedmoor, NC), 26-14 in Thursday's non-league bout.
In their next game, the Pirates face the Bartlett Yancey Buccaneers (Yanceyville, NC) in a non-league bout, on Thursday, September 14. Riverside-Durham will attempt to move on its 2-1 season record. The Buccaneers enter the bout with a 0-2 record after their 54-14 non-league loss to Vance County (Henderson, NC).
The Vikings (0-3) will now prepare for their bout against Southern Durham (Durham, NC). The Spartans enter the non-league bout with a 1-1 record.
