The crowd at Thursday's non-league bout between the San Marin Mustangs (Novato, CA) and the visiting Alhambra Bulldogs (Martinez, CA), saw San Marin's volleyball squad nip Alhambra by a tally of 2-1.

With the win, San Marin upgrades its record to 13-4 on the year. The Mustangs travel to Vallejo (Vallejo, CA) to play the Red Hawks in a non-league bout on Friday, September 8. The Red Hawks go into the bout with a record of 0-1. Vallejo lost 2-0 in their recent league bout against Richmond (Richmond, CA)
