Washington High School Volleyball - Kentridge edged by Kent-Meridian
September 7, 2023: Kent, WA 98031 The Kent-Meridian Royals held off the host Kentridge Chargers volleyball team by a score of 3-2 in Thursday's league test.
The Royals now have a 1-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Decatur for a 3A/4A N. Puget Sound (Cascade) test on Monday, September 11. Kent-Meridian will confront a Golden Gators team coming off a 3-2 league loss to Jefferson (Auburn, WA). The Golden Gators record now stands at 0-2.
The Chargers (1-1) will now prepare for their test against Jefferson (Auburn, WA). The Raiders enter the 3A/4A N. Puget Sound (Cascade) test with a 1-1 record. In their last test, Jefferson held off Decatur (Federal Way, WA), 3-2, in a league test.
