Iowa High School Volleyball - Lone Tree Pekin
September 7, 2023: Packwood, IA 52580 The Pekin Panthers prevailed the visiting Lone Tree Lions volleyball team by a score of 3-1 in Thursday's league test.
The Panthers now have a 1-6 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Louisa-Muscatine for a SEI - North test on Tuesday, September 12. Pekin will confront a Falcons team coming off a 3-0 non-league loss to WACO (Wayland, IA). The Falcons record now stands at 0-5.
The Lions (1-9) will now prepare for their test against Wapello (Wapello, IA). The Indians enter the SEI - North test with a 7-8 record. In their last test, Wapello gained a win over Hillcrest Academy (Kalona, IA), 3-0, in a league test.
