New York High School Football - Niagara Falls sneaks past West Seneca West
September 7, 2024: Niagara Falls, NY 14305 The Niagara Falls Wolverines football squad scored 18 points and limited the visiting West Seneca West Warhawks to 13 in the Wolverines non-league triumph on Saturday.
The Wolverines now hold a 1-0 record. They take the field next when they host Orchard Park for a Section 6 AA test on Saturday, September 14. Niagara Falls will meet a Quakers squad coming off a 49-37 non-league win over Sweet Home (Amherst, NY). The Quakers record now stands at 1-0.
With the defeat, West Seneca West drops to 0-1 on the campaign. The Warhawks travel to McKinley (Buffalo, NY) to meet the Macks in a Section 6 A - 1 test on Thursday, September 12. The Macks come into the test with a record of 1-0. McKinley won 36-0 in their recent non-league test against Hutchinson-Central Tech/Emerson Vo-Tech/City Honors (Buffalo, NY)
