California High School Flag Football - Corona defeats St. Mary's Academy

In Saturday's non-league match, the visiting Corona Panthers flag football squad scored a good 12-0 victory over the St. Mary's Academy Belles.

The Panthers (3-2) will now prepare for their bout against Marshall (Los Angeles, CA). The Barristers go into the non-league bout with a 2-0 record. In their last bout, Marshall beat Panorama (Panorama City, CA), 28-8, in a non-league bout.

The Belles now own a 0-2 record. They play next when they travel to Highland for a non-league bout on Saturday, September 7. St. Mary's Academy will encounter a Bulldogs team coming off a 26-14 non-league loss to Channel Islands (Oxnard, CA). The Bulldogs record now stands at 4-2.
