California High School Flag Football - Dorsey can't hold off Rancho Cucamonga
September 7, 2024: Rancho Cucamonga, CA 91701 Rancho Cucamonga Cougars (Rancho Cucamonga, CA) followers went home in high spirits Saturday as they saw their flag football team tip the visiting Dorsey Dons (Los Angeles, CA), 12-7 in a non-league battle.
With the win, Rancho Cucamonga advances its record to 9-1 on the season. The Cougars host Colony (Ontario, CA) to play the Titans in a non-league battle on Monday, September 9. The Titans go into the battle with a record of 0-7. Colony lost 34-6 in their recent league battle against San Dimas (San Dimas, CA)
The Dons now own a 0-3 record. They play next when they host King/Drew for a Coliseum battle on Monday, September 9. Dorsey will play a Golden Eagles team coming off a 10-6 non-league win over Serra (Gardena, CA). The Golden Eagles record now stands at 4-2.
