California High School Flag Football - Madera thwarted by Pacheco
September 7, 2024: Los Banos, CA 93635 Pacheco Panthers (Los Banos, CA) followers went home in high spirits Saturday as they saw their flag football team achieve victory over the visiting Madera Coyotes (Madera, CA), 27-6 in a non-league battle.
With the win, Pacheco advances its record to 4-4 on the season. The Panthers host Lathrop (Lathrop, CA) to play the Spartans in a Western Athletic Conference battle on Monday, September 9. The Spartans go into the battle with a record of 5-1. Lathrop lost 16-0 in their recent non-league battle against Sierra (Manteca, CA)
The Coyotes now own a 0-7 record. They play next when they host Merced for a non-league battle on Tuesday, September 10. Madera will play a Bears team coming off a 42-0 non-league win over Madera (Madera, CA). The Bears record now stands at 7-2.
