September 7, 2024: Magnolia, OH 44643 West Muskingum Tornadoes (Zanesville, OH) backers exited the stadium pleased Saturday as they witnessed their soccer team knock off the host Sandy Valley Cardinals (Magnolia, OH), 3-0 in a non-league test.
With the triumph, West Muskingum advances its record to 5-4 on the campaign. The Tornadoes host Philo (Duncan Falls, OH) to clash with the Electrics in a Muskingum Valley test on Thursday, September 12. The Electrics come into the test with a record of 5-2. Philo won 2-0 in their recent non-league test against Ridgewood (West Lafayette, OH)
The Cardinals now have a 3-2 record. They take the field next when they travel to Carrollton for a non-league test on Monday, September 9. Sandy Valley will clash with a Warriors team coming off a 2-0 non-league win over Coshocton (Coshocton, OH). The Warriors record now stands at 3-1.
