Maryland High School Football - Bethesda-Chevy Chase can't hold off Walter Johnson
September 7, 2024: Bethesda, MD 20814 Walter Johnson Wildcats (Bethesda, MD) fans went home in high spirits Saturday as they saw their football team tip the visiting Bethesda-Chevy Chase Barons (Bethesda, MD), 16-13 in a non-league battle.
With the win, Walter Johnson improves its record to 1-0 on the season. The Wildcats travel to Richard Montgomery (Rockville, MD) to play the Rockets in a non-league battle on Friday, September 13. The Rockets go into the battle with a record of 0-1. Richard Montgomery lost 36-14 in their recent non-league battle against Paint Branch (Burtonsville, MD)
