September 7, 2024: Santa Fe, NM 87505 Santa Fe Prep Blue Griffins (Santa Fe, NM) boosters exited the stadium thrilled Saturday as they witnessed their soccer team beat the visiting East Mountain Timberwolves (Sandia Park, NM), 5-1 in a non-league test.
With the triumph, Santa Fe Prep moves its record to 1-0 on the campaign. The Blue Griffins host Questa (Questa, NM) to clash with the Wildcats in a non-league test on Monday, September 9. The Wildcats come into the test with a record of 0-1. Questa lost 3-0 in their recent non-league test against Taos (Taos, NM)
The Timberwolves now sport a 1-3 record. They take the field next when they travel to Moriarty for a non-league test on Tuesday, September 10. East Mountain will clash with a Pintos team coming off a 7-0 non-league loss to Artesia (Artesia, NM). The Pintos record now stands at 0-1.
