Match Summary
Squires fell short in today's match against the Eagles at home in their stadium. Defense made key mistakes on all 3 goals allowed in. Nolan Kruse #9 had a hard shot on goal and the Eagles had a defender unsuccessfully save it. Then, Kruse set up a second goal that took the lead in the 2nd half by crossing it in front of the box from the left and #45 Giorgio Lima (freshman) headed it over the line despite the goalie catching it. The Eagles came back to rob the Squires of victory after a failed PK attempt from #10 Michael Carter that would have put the Squires up 3-1, if successful.
