Georgia High School Softball - Troup County bounces Ware County
September 7, 2024: Waycross, GA 31503 The crowd at Saturday's non-league bout between the Troup County Tigers (LaGrange, GA) and the host Ware County Gators (Waycross, GA), observed Troup County's softball team notch a victory over Ware County by a final score of 10-1.
The Tigers (7-7) will now prepare for their bout against Kell (Marietta, GA). The Longhorns go into the non-league bout with a 12-3 record. In their last bout, Kell gained a win over Westminster (Atlanta, GA), 10-1, in a league bout.
In their next game, the Gators battle the King's Ridge Christian Tigers (Alpharetta, GA) in a non-league bout, on Saturday, September 7. Ware County will attempt to better on its 1-10 season record. The Tigers go into the bout with a 5-7 record after their 8-0 league loss to Wesleyan (Norcross, GA).
