Maryland High School Volleyball - Bedford over Bishop Walsh

In Saturday's non-league challenge, the visiting Bedford Bisons volleyball team scored a 2-0 triumph over the Bishop Walsh Spartans.

The Bisons (3-4) will now prepare for their challenge against Bishop Carroll (Ebensburg, PA). The Huskies come into the Laurel Highlands 2 challenge with a 6-1 record. In their last challenge, Bishop Carroll beat Penn Cambria (Cresson, PA), 3-2, in a league challenge.

Next, the Spartans play the Morgantown Christian Academy Mustangs (Morgantown, WV) in a non-league challenge, on Monday, September 9. Bishop Walsh will attempt to upgrade on its 0-1 season record. The Mustangs come into the challenge with a 3-0 record after their 3-2 league win over Victory Baptist Academy (Beaver, WV).
