Fans at Saturday's non-league contest between the Liberty Union Lions (Baltimore, OH) and the visiting Fisher Catholic Irish (Lancaster, OH), observed Liberty Union's volleyball team top Fisher Catholic by a count of 2-0.

The Lions (8-5) will now prepare for their contest against Bloom-Carroll (Carroll, OH). The Bulldogs enter the Mid-State - Buckeye contest with a 6-0 record. In their last contest, Bloom-Carroll notched a victory over Bishop Hartley (Columbus, OH), 3-1, in a non-league contest.
