September 7, 2024: Rochelle, IL 61068 Rochelle Hubs (Rochelle, IL) boosters left the game thrilled Saturday as they saw their volleyball squad nudge the visiting Lutheran Crusaders (Rockford, IL), 2-1 in a non-league test.
With the win, Rochelle improves its record to 6-3 on the season. The Hubs travel to Lisle (Lisle, IL) to face the Lions in a non-league test on Saturday, September 7. The Lions go into the test with a record of 5-4. Lisle won 2-1 in their recent league test against Herscher (Herscher, IL)
The Crusaders now own a 2-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to McHenry for a non-league test on Saturday, September 7. Lutheran will face a Warriors squad coming off a 2-0 league win over Dundee-Crown (Carpentersville, IL). The Warriors record now stands at 2-2.
