Oregon High School Volleyball - Tillamook tips Newport
September 7, 2024: Tillamook, OR 97141 In Saturday's non-league challenge, the host Tillamook Cheesemakers volleyball team scored a close 2-1 victory over the Newport Cubs.
The Cheesemakers (4-0) will now prepare for their challenge against Astoria (Astoria, OR). The Fishermen enter the 4A Cowapa challenge with a 1-2 record. In their last challenge, Astoria was tipped by Sheridan (Sheridan, OR), 2-0, in a non-league challenge.
Next, the Cubs meet the Sisters Outlaws (Sisters, OR) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, September 7. Newport will attempt to upgrade on its 1-1 season record. The Outlaws enter the challenge with a 1-2 record after their 3-2 non-league win over Trinity Lutheran (Bend, OR).
