The Hollister Haybalers football team (Hollister, CA), was tipped 12-6 in Thursday's non-league challenge with the visiting Valley Christian Warriors (San Jose, CA)

The Warriors (1-2) will now prepare for their challenge against Archbishop Riordan (San Francisco, CA). The Crusaders come into the West Catholic challenge with a 2-0 record.

The Haybalers now sport a 1-2 record. They take the field next when they host Monterey for a non-league challenge on Friday, September 16. Hollister will meet a Dores team coming off a 47-0 non-league win over North Monterey County (Castroville, CA). The Dores record now stands at 2-1.
