The crowd at Thursday's league contest between the W.S. Neal Eagles (East Brewton, AL) and the host Monroe County Tigers (Monroeville, AL), observed W.S. Neal's football squad defeat Monroe County by a count of 41-12.

The Eagles now own a 2-2 record. They put it on the line next when they host Hillcrest for a 3A Region 1 bout on Friday, September 16. W.S. Neal will clash with a Jaguars squad coming off a 22-6 league loss to Thomasville (Thomasville, AL). The Jaguars record now stands at 2-2.
