The Patriots (2-1) will now prepare for their challenge against Warren Township (Gurnee, IL). The Blue Devils come into the non-league challenge with a 0-2 record. In their last challenge, Warren Township was beaten by Libertyville (Libertyville, IL), 19-8, in a non-league challenge.
The Bears now sport a 0-2 record. They take the field next when they host Zion-Benton for a non-league challenge on Thursday, September 15. Lake Zurich will meet a Zee-Bees team coming off a 13-0 non-league loss to Mundelein (Mundelein, IL). The Zee-Bees record now stands at 0-1.
