Washington High School Soccer - Skyview held off by R.A. Long
September 8, 2022: Longview, WA 98632 The crowd at Thursday's non-league test between the R.A. Long Lumberjacks (Longview, WA) and the visiting Skyview Storm (Vancouver, WA), saw R.A. Long's soccer squad get by Skyview by a margin of 2-1.
The Lumberjacks now sport a 1-1 record. They play next when they travel to Ridgefield for a 2A Greater St. Helens test on Tuesday, September 13. R.A. Long will meet a Spudders squad coming off a 1-0 non-league loss to Union (Vancouver, WA). The Spudders record now stands at 0-1.
With the loss, Skyview drops to 1-1 on the season. The Storm travel to Auburn Riverside (Auburn, WA) to meet the Ravens in a non-league test on Saturday, September 10. The Ravens come into the test with a record of 2-0. Auburn Riverside won 7-1 in their recent league test against Mt. Rainier (Des Moines, WA)
