September 8, 2022: Charleston, SC 29492 The Bishop England Battling Bishops (Charleston, SC) football edged the visiting James Island Trojans (Charleston, SC), 3-0 in Thursday's non-league bout.
In their next game, the Battling Bishops face the Woodland Wolverines (Dorchester, SC) in a non-league bout, on Thursday, September 15. Bishop England will attempt to advance on its 1-0 season record.
The Trojans (1-1) will now prepare for their bout against Cane Bay (Summerville, SC). The Cobras enter the non-league bout with a 3-0 record. In their last bout, Cane Bay nudged Fort Dorchester (North Charleston, SC), 46-33, in a non-league bout.
