September 8, 2022: Santa Fe Springs, CA 90670 In Thursday's non-league game, the St. Paul Swordsmen (Santa Fe Springs, CA) football team tipped the visiting West Ranch Wildcats (Valencia, CA), by a final score of 21-14.
The Swordsmen (1-0) will now prepare for their game against Downey (Downey, CA). The Vikings come into the non-league game with a 2-1 record. In their last game, Downey got by Jurupa Hills (Fontana, CA), 47-6, in a non-league game.
The Wildcats now hold a 2-1 record. They take the field next when they host Canyon for a game on Friday, September 16. West Ranch will battle a Cowboys team coming off a 19-14 non-league win over Royal (Simi Valley, CA). The Cowboys record now stands at 1-0.
