In Thursday's non-league contest, the Alief Elsik Rams (Houston, TX) volleyball squad knocked off the host Royal Falcons (Brookshire, TX), by a margin of 2-0.

Next up, the Rams battle the Lamar Consolidated Mustangs (Rosenberg, TX) in a non-league contest, on Saturday, September 10. Alief Elsik will attempt to better on its 11-10 season record. The Mustangs come into the contest with a 8-7 record after their 3-0 league loss to Fulshear (Fulshear, TX).

With the loss, Royal drops to 0-14 on the campaign. The Falcons travel to Spring Woods (Houston, TX) to battle the Tigers in a non-league contest on Thursday, September 8.
