The Huskies now have a 13-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Hillcrest for a non-league test on Thursday, September 8. Hewitt-Trussville will confront a Hornets team coming off a 3-0 non-league win over Cassville (Cassville, MO). The Hornets record now stands at 3-0.
The Patriots (8-4) will now prepare for their test against American Christian Academy (Tuscaloosa, AL). The Patriots enter the non-league test with a 9-5 record. In their last test, American Christian Academy was knocked off by Jasper (Jasper, AL), 2-0, in a non-league test.
