In Friday's non-league match, the visiting Lincoln Christian Crusaders football squad scored a close 13-10 victory over the Archbishop Bergan Knights.

In their next game, the Crusaders clash with the Arlington Eagles (Arlington, NE) in a non-league match, on Friday, September 15. Lincoln Christian will attempt to move on its 2-1 season record. The Eagles enter the match with a 1-2 record after their 53-16 non-league loss to Pierce (Pierce, NE).
