September 8, 2023: Brandon, SD 57005 The Rapid City Central Cobblers football team (Rapid City, SD), was ripped 32-0 in Friday's league challenge with the host Brandon Valley Lynx (Brandon, SD)
The Lynx (1-2) will now prepare for their challenge against Roosevelt (Sioux Falls, SD). The Rough Riders come into the Eastern South Dakota - AAA challenge with a 1-2 record. In their last challenge, Roosevelt trounced Washington (Sioux Falls, SD), 35-26, in a league challenge.
The Cobblers now sport a 0-4 record. They take the field next when they host Jefferson for a Eastern South Dakota - AAA challenge on Friday, September 15. Rapid City Central will meet a Cavaliers team coming off a 48-0 league loss to Lincoln (Sioux Falls, SD). The Cavaliers record now stands at 2-1.
