The crowd at Friday's non-league contest between the Hershey Panthers (Hershey, NE) and the visiting Centura Centurions (Cairo, NE), observed Hershey's football squad thwart Centura by a tally of 29-6.

The Panthers now possess a 1-2 record. They play next when they travel to Holyoke for a non-league contest on Thursday, September 14. Hershey will play a Dragons squad coming off a 43-7 non-league win over Colby (Colby, KS). The Dragons record now stands at 3-0.

Coming up next, the Centurions play the Wood River Eagles (Wood River, NE) in a non-league contest, on Friday, September 15. Centura will attempt to advance on its 0-3 season record. The Eagles go into the contest with a 1-2 record after their 27-6 non-league loss to Tri County (DeWitt, NE).
