Pennsylvania High School Football - Chichester drops to Haverford
September 8, 2023: Havertown, PA 19083 In Friday's non-league game, the Haverford Fords (Havertown, PA) football team knocked off the visiting Chichester Eagles (Boothwyn, PA), by a final score of 27-8.
The Fords (1-2) will now prepare for their game against Garnet Valley (Glen Mills, PA). The Jaguars come into the Central game with a 2-2 record. In their last game, Garnet Valley toppled Penncrest (Media, PA), 35-14, in a league game.
The Eagles now hold a 1-2 record. They take the field next when they travel to Academy Park for a Delaware Valley game on Saturday, September 16. Chichester will battle a Knights team coming off a 50-8 non-league loss to Haverford School (Haverford, PA). The Knights record now stands at 1-2.
