Iowa High School Football - Dike-New Hartford can't get by Osage
September 8, 2023: Dike, IA 50624 Osage Green Devils (Osage, IA) fans left the game content Friday as they saw their football team nip the host Dike-New Hartford Wolverines (Dike, IA), 15-14 in a non-league test.
With the triumph, Osage improves its record to 2-1 on the campaign. The Green Devils travel to New Hampton (New Hampton, IA) to confront the Chickasaws in a 2A District 3 test on Friday, September 15. The Chickasaws come into the test with a record of 0-4. New Hampton lost 43-31 in their recent non-league test against MFL MarMac (Monona, IA)
With the loss, Dike-New Hartford drops to 1-2 on the campaign. The Wolverines travel to Sumner-Fredericksburg (Sumner, IA) to confront the Cougars in a 1A District 3 test on Friday, September 15. The Cougars come into the test with a record of 4-0. Sumner-Fredericksburg won 58-6 in their recent non-league test against Oelwein (Oelwein, IA)
