Texas High School Football - Lancaster succumbs to Guyer

The Guyer Wildcats thwarted the host Lancaster Tigers football team by a count of 28-20 in Friday's non-league outing.

With the win, Guyer upgrades its record to 2-1 on the season. The Wildcats travel to Prosper (Prosper, TX) to encounter the Eagles in a 6A Region I District 5 outing on Friday, September 15. The Eagles go into the outing with a record of 2-1. Prosper lost 47-41 in their recent non-league outing against Rockwall (Rockwall, TX)

With the loss, Lancaster moves to 1-2 on the season. The Tigers travel to McKinney North (McKinney, TX) to encounter the Bulldogs in a 5A-1 Region II District 7 outing on Thursday, September 14. The Bulldogs go into the outing with a record of 2-1. McKinney North won 63-7 in their recent non-league outing against Memorial (Frisco, TX)
