Arizona High School Football - Madison Highland Prep defeats Highland Prep

September 8, 2023: Phoenix, AZ

In Friday's non-league match, the host Madison Highland Prep Heat football squad scored a good 40-14 victory over the Highland Prep Honey Badgers.

In their next game, the Heat clash with the Scottsdale Preparatory Academy Spartans (Scottsdale, AZ) in a 2A Verde match, on Friday, September 15. Madison Highland Prep will attempt to move on its 2-1 season record. The Spartans enter the match with a 4-0 record after their 37-28 non-league win over Trivium Prep (Goodyear, AZ).

The Honey Badgers (1-2) will now prepare for their match against Cortez (Phoenix, AZ). The Colts enter the 2A Agua Fria match with a 2-1 record. In their last match, Cortez ran past Antelope (Wellton, AZ), 34-7, in a non-league match.
