Pennsylvania High School Football - River Valley trounces Homer-Center

September 8, 2023: Blairsville, PA 15717

In Friday's league match, the host River Valley Panthers football squad scored a big 42-0 victory over the Homer-Center Wildcats.

In their next game, the Panthers clash with the Cambria Heights Highlanders (Patton, PA) in a Heritage match, on Friday, September 15. River Valley will attempt to move on its 2-1 season record. The Highlanders enter the match with a 2-1 record after their 24-0 league win over Portage (Portage, PA).

The Wildcats (1-2) will now prepare for their match against United Valley co-op [Blacklick Valley/United] (Nanty Glo, PA). The enter the Heritage match with a 3-0 record. In their last match, United Valley co-op [Blacklick Valley/United] routed Conemaugh Valley (Johnstown, PA), 18-8, in a league match.
