September 8, 2023: Milan, MO 63556 The Putnam County Midgets football team (Unionville, MO), was knocked off 36-6 in Friday's league challenge with the host Milan Wildcats (Milan, MO)
The Wildcats (2-1) will now prepare for their challenge against Harrisburg (Harrisburg, MO). The Bulldogs come into the non-league challenge with a 1-2 record. In their last challenge, Harrisburg knocked off Marceline (Marceline, MO), 28-20, in a league challenge.
The Midgets now sport a 0-3 record. They take the field next when they travel to Trenton for a Grand River challenge on Friday, September 15. Putnam County will meet a Bulldogs team coming off a 36-14 non-league win over KIPP Legacy (Kansas City, MO). The Bulldogs record now stands at 3-0.
